SAUSAGE CHOWDER

1 lb. Uncle Charley's Hot Italian Sausage
1 qt Tomatoes
1 jar Uncle CharEey's tomato sauce with peppers & onions
2 can (16 Oz.) kidney beans
1 qt. Water
1 ½ tsp. Seasoning Salt
1 tsp. Galic Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
1 Cup diced Potatoes

Break up sausage and brown, Add rest in ingredients in large kettle. Except potatoes. Bring to a boil, Simmer one hour. Add potatoes.
Simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes no tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
