Gazpacho Dip
From an LSU Tailgater

Combine all ingredients.

4 oz. can chopped black olives
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2-3 tomatoes, diced
4-5 green onions, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Serve with dip-style corn chips.
