BEER BATTER WINGS from a famly of big Denver Bronco's
fans in Grand Junction, Colorado
4 c. flour
1/4 c pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
any brand of beer, enough to make a medium thick batter
Instructions: Dip
chicken wings or chicken drumettes in batter and deep fry till golden brown. Drain
on paper towel. Dip each piece into Hunts Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.
