ALABAMA MUSTARD/VINEGAR BBQ SAUCE INGREDIENTS I like vinegar so you might want to cool it down with a little white wine or apple juice. Simmer for 1/2 hour, DON'T BOIL! This improves with age and keeps almost forever in the fridge. It may darken with age and that is OK, and enhances the flavor. Great on pulled pork or as a mop for ribs. Also, good on chicken but not so good on beef, except brisket Makes about 8 cups
