BBQ FISH  (Redsnapper)
 

Ingredients:
Redsnapper
White and Yellow Onions
Green Peppers
All purpose seasoning
Black Pepper
Lemon
Beer
Butter

Method:

Wrap a mid to big size redsnapper in aluminum foil with white/yellow onions and green peppers.  Slated with seasoning power add black pepper, some lemon drops, splash with beer, and butter.  Put on the BBQ for about 7 to 12 minutes.
