Uncle Charley's Hot or Sweet Italian Sausage

1 jar Uncle Charley's hot or sweet gourmet red sauce
with onions and peppers

Cook sausage on the grill, place in pan with 1 jar
of either sauce, heat about 5 minutes

put in buns
and enjoy!

Or place sausage in pan add 1/8 inch water
put on lid

Heat on medium heat for 5 or 10 minutes

Take off lid, cook 5 minutes turning sausage

Add sauce, cook until done.
