Uncle Charley’s Sausage Company has introduced a new comprehensive line of smoked products that is now widely available at supermarkets throughout the Pittsburgh region and parts of Maryland, West Virginia and Ohio. These include Sliced Bacon, Pepper Bacon, Rindless Slab Bacon, Ham Cube, Boneless Quarter Hams, Boneless Half Hams, Boneless Ham Slices and seven other smoked products. These premium products are slow-smoked over real hickory chips to create a natural flavor.
